Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 15, 2026

This policy applies to professional services provided by SOCIAL SOCIETY EVENT MARKETING LLC and should be read together with any applicable proposal, order, statement of work or service agreement.

Professional service fees

Refund eligibility for professional service fees is determined by the applicable written agreement and the amount of work already performed. Clients should contact us promptly with any concern before work continues.

Advertising, media and third-party costs

Campaigns may require authorized purchases from advertising platforms, media providers, software companies, production vendors or contractors. Once funds have been committed, consumed or paid to a third-party provider, those amounts may be non-refundable where the provider does not permit a refund.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to denise.white@socialsocietyevent.us. Cancellation does not automatically eliminate amounts properly due for services already performed, earned fees, approved campaign expenditures or third-party commitments incurred before cancellation.
