SOCIAL SOCIETY EVENT MARKETING LLC provides professional public relations, marketing research, public opinion polling, survey research, digital marketing and related consulting services. Because engagements often involve professional labor, research preparation, technology, advertising, data acquisition and third-party commitments, refund eligibility depends on the stage and terms of each engagement.
1. Project Cancellations
Clients should submit cancellation requests in writing using the contact information on this website. Cancellation does not automatically entitle the client to a full refund.
2. Work Already Performed
Amounts attributable to services already performed are generally non-refundable. This may include strategy, consulting, planning, research design, questionnaire development, campaign preparation, analysis, reporting, project management or other completed work.
3. Third-Party Expenses
Expenses already committed or paid to third parties may be non-refundable when those costs cannot reasonably be recovered. Examples include advertising, research platforms, data services, printing, software, event resources, contractors, survey services and specialized vendors.
4. Refund Requests
Eligible refund requests should generally be submitted within 14 days of the relevant payment unless a separate written agreement provides different terms. Each request will be reviewed based on the applicable agreement, work completed, non-recoverable expenses and project circumstances.
5. Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method where practical. Posting time depends on the customer's financial institution and payment network.
6. Contract-Specific Terms
If a signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement contains refund or cancellation provisions, those provisions control to the extent permitted by law.
